- All NEW PATIENTS including children will be privately billed for their first consultation, subsequent consultations will be Bulk billed for children under 16 years old, concession , pension and DVA Gold card holders during the week
- We are a mixed billing practice Monday – Friday; all patients are privately billed on weekends and public holidays.
- Children under 16 years old, DVA Gold card holders, Pension card / health care card holders, Over 65 years with pension card and Government funded immunisation will be Bulk billed Monday – Friday.
- Weekends and Public holidays, all patients are privately billed.
- All care plans and health assessment are bulk billed.
- Workers compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident will incur a fee. The patient will be liable for payment of consultation until the claim has been accepted and a claim number received.
- All procedures will be charged a Treatment Room Procedure Consumables Fee
- Patients are required to cancel their appointment 2 hours before appointment time if they are unable to make their appointment. Non cancellation fee strictly applies if appointment is not cancelled and this fee need to be paid before the patient can see a doctor at the practice again.

We are a mixed billing practice Monday to Friday. We bulk bill eligible patients with a valid: Pension Card Health Care Card DVA Gold Card Children under 16 years of age Please note: All new patients, including children and concession card holders, will be privately billed for their first consultation, with payment required on the day of attendance. Patients who do not hold a valid concession card will be privately billed, with payment required on the day of consultation. Weekends and public holidays are privately billed for all patients, regardless of age or concession status. Payment is required on the day of consultation. Medicare rebates (where applicable) can be claimed immediately after payment through the practice.
